A new report from the Institute for Policy Studies has revealed that Wall Street bonuses hit a new record since since the financial crisis. All told, Wall Street doled out $26.7 billion in bonuses last year.
To put that in painful perspective, the is more than DOUBLE the pay of the million-plus Americans who work full time a minimum wage job.
