By shopping and purchasing goods from Outsider Club, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Outsider Club, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
Customer e-mail, shipping address, and any other information received at checkout is not shared with any other source. Outsider Club will only use this information to contact customers when necessary.
Outsider Club is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given during checkout. Contact Outsider Club immediately if any shipping information is incorrect on your order.

Outsider Club holds the security of the customer's information at the highest priority. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Legal:
Should there be any legal action taken against Outsider Club for any reason, it must be brought to the Wyoming state or federal courts. All fees must be paid by the consumer. There will be no reimbursement beyond the retail price of the merchandise.
Should any part of these terms and conditions be deemed as unenforceable or in opposition of the law, all the other terms and conditions will remain in place and will be enforced to the full extent of the law.
Outsider Club offers ten business days after receipt of your purchase to decide if you are completely satisfied. If, for some reason, you wish to return your purchase, notify Outsider Club using our Contact Form. You will be issued a return address. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused at our warehouse. Refunds on authorized returned merchandise will be made to your credit card upon receipt of goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders returned for customer remorse. Outsider Club reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a refund.
For damaged or defective merchandise, notify Outsider Club using our Contact Form. We may elect to have the purchase picked up by UPS and returned to us by issuing you a "call tag" that can be placed on the item to be returned. Upon receipt of the defective/damaged merchandise at our location, you will either be refunded the full amount of the defective/damaged merchandise or issued a replacement. Any returns without prior authorization will be refused at the warehouse. Outsider Club reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a full refund or replacement.
