Nothing at all. The Outsider Club newsletter is completely free. We do offer other services under different names. Please look at any email you have received to see the name of who it was sent from. Our Member Services Representatives will be happy to assist with any of them.

If you have misplaced or cannot locate your password, please click here to retrieve it.

Please make sure that you are using the correct email that you used when ordering your subscription. Also, your password is case-sensitive, so make sure you enter it exactly as it appears at the bottom of your welcome email. If your password isn't being accepted, we recommend copying and pasting it to ensure accuracy.

It depends on the publication frequency, but you should typically receive your first issue within a week. We will send a welcome letter to make sure you can immediately access a paid publication. Our editors will also send out alerts/updates, on an as-needed basis. This can be weekly or more, depending on the publication and what is going on in the market.

It is recommended that you log in to the members area to read the most recent updates, so that you can get caught up with your subscription.

If you want to stop receiving emails from our free Outsider Club email list, there is a link at the bottom of our emails that you can use yourself. If you have any problems or you wish to cancel a paid subscription service please visit https://www.outsiderclub.com/contact

We have many, many international subscribers. If you do have concerns about trading overseas, we recommend discussing the situation with your broker to ensure satisfaction. You will need a broker who can trade on the American and Canadian exchanges.

Due to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, we are prohibited from providing and information that may be construed as personal investment advice. Plus it simply is to complex to address the entirety of your personal situation. You should consult with your broker or financial advisor about any decisions related to allocation for your personal investments. If you invest through a retirement account, they may be able to assist.

Please make sure all info is correct and that each field is filled in. Be sure to click on the submit button once. Also, please make sure the credit card is valid, or try a different one. If you are abroad, and there is no city or state, then use "x" — don't leave any fields blank other than "address 2."

Also, make sure you are on the correct order page. If it's a publication you are renewing, make sure you are using a renewal order form, which will only ask you for your email and password. If it's a subscription you've never bought before, the order page will ask for full information.
